How to order equipment
Receiving the technical specifications
Please submit the specifications, which will include details regarding the product, packaging, capacity, facility conditions, and the desired level of automation. If needed, we can assist you in completing the form and clarifying any details.
Equipment Selection and Approval
The line configuration is determined, and equipment suitable for the application is selected. The layout, components, parameters, options, and completion deadlines are defined.
Signing the Contract
The contract specifies the scope of delivery, technical specifications, deadlines, price, and payment terms. The specifications and work schedule are approved.
Equipment Manufacturing and Setup
We manufacture the equipment and assemble the modules in accordance with the approved specifications. We perform setup, calibration, and preparation for testing.
Line Installation and Testing
We perform the assembly and functional testing of the line at the manufacturer’s facility or on-site (depending on the project). We verify synchronization, dosing accuracy, and cycle stability.
Loading and Delivery
We pack the equipment and prepare the shipping documents. We arrange for loading and delivery to your facility.
